The fish cannery La Belle-iloise, located in the Brittany region, has been existing since 1932. The company is still managed by the same family (Hilliet family). They succeeded in remaining independent from the large-scale distribution networks by opening their own boutiques since 1967. OMY was founded in 2012 by 2 graphic designers (Elvire Laurent & Marie-Cerise Lichtlé). 85% of the OMY products are manufactured in the surrounding location of the creative studio. The “Espadrilles” by PAYOTE
The french “espadrille” is one of our typical summer sandal ! Each year, no summer holidays without buying a new pair… The “espadrille” is very light and breathable; the internal braided rope sole, the external vulcanized rubber sole and the cotton cover make a very comfortable sandal. One enemy only: water !!! The French historical production center of the “espadrilles” is located in Mauléon city (64-basque country, south west of France). The House George Cannon was founded in 1898 by an English citizen who married a French women! It became the top of the line of the french tea specialist, with a preference for organic teas.
